Module for the slaughter of small cattle is a fully-equipped technologically completed section as a standalone unit, within which operations are performed:
- stunning and slaughter of small cattle;
- hanging the carcasses on overhead way using hoist;
- skinning;
- nutrovita (removal and screening of viscera);
- weighing and sending the carcasses for storage.
Moving carcasses from one position to another within the module is done using the grid path.
In all working positions has the appropriate equipment and means of mechanization, as well as sanitation and hygiene, such as sterilizers for knives, non-contact hand sanitizer.
